We offer a rigid panel solution, developed by bonding three wood veneers: two parallel outer veneers and one central transverse veneer. The veneers are pressed in a hot press with high-performance imported PVA adhesive, resulting in a panel with an approximate thickness of 1.8 mm.

The rigid panel can be customized according to the client’s required dimensions, with a maximum width of 125 cm and a length of up to 290 cm, offering versatility for bespoke projects.

With excellent dimensional stability, the rigid panel is ideal for applications requiring wood of intermediate thickness—not too thin, nor too rigid—with good structural performance. It is widely used in the manufacture of musical instruments, doors, non-standard tabletops, fixed furniture, renovation of old pieces, as well as continuous walls, ceilings, and drywall coverings.
