We use state-of-the-art hot presses combined with high-performance imported PVA adhesive, which drastically reduces the traditional 24-hour bonding time to just 5 minutes.

Cutting wood veneers is an essential step in the manufacturing and assembly of panels and veneered surfaces. Because veneers are obtained directly from tree trunks, they often have irregular or misaligned edges. Therefore, precise cutting is required to ensure a perfect joint between the veneers.

LamiBrasil offers the market the Flexible Panel, developed by bonding two overlapping veneers in crossed directions — one lengthwise and the other widthwise — pressed in a hot press with high-performance imported PVA adhesive. This process ensures better structural performance, durability, and reduced thickness, with approximately 1.2 mm.

The flexible panel can be customized according to the client’s piece dimensions, with a maximum width of up to 125 cm and a length of up to 320 cm, providing versatility to meet bespoke projects.

We offer a rigid panel solution, developed by bonding three wood veneers: two parallel outer veneers and one transverse central veneer. The veneers are pressed in a hot press with high-performance imported PVA adhesive, resulting in a panel with an approximate thickness of 1.8 mm.

The rigid panel can be customized according to the client’s required dimensions, with a maximum width of up to 125 cm and a length of up to 290 cm, offering versatility for bespoke projects.
